The Hive is a great place to meet up with old friends and make new ones. From karaoke to live music to trivia this place has it all. The menu has so many yummy options but the chicken souvlaki dinner and daily soups are my personal favs. Kellie-Joe who I call my sister cousin is the best hostess, she makes sure everyone is feeling at home and having a great time. I have watched her grow so much especially over the last two years running this restaurant, she is creating her dream with her husband and I can’t be anymore proud of her and who she has become. If your looking for a place to go for breakfast/lunch/dinner, or just a drink and conversation The Hive should be your next stop

Such a nice friendly restaurant! We were served by the owner and were given a lovely history of The Hives past and creation as it was our first time visiting 😀. The food was great! They have daily dinner specials and have a rather large choice of entrees from soups, sandwiches and grilled cheese to hamburgers, fries, chicken souvlaki and everything in between. You can have a full 3 course dinner or only appetizers, your choice to mix and match. Don't forget the wine or your choice of drink! The couple that owns The Hive are very active in the community. He is a full time Military man who helped to make his wife's dream come true with the restaurant! Such good people. They provide activity days and special community functions to support local charities and donate all proceeds back to the community (ie... the food bank etc). Open minded and respectful to everyone in the community, a true safe space for all. They offer Karaoke nights, live music nights, and I can't wait to try my first Rainbow specialty drink at June 30th's next Pride show. Truly a find in Wasaga! My friends and I enjoyed it greatly. Go and enjoy the service and great food! I'll be back for sure!!

Went to The Hive with no set expectations. Was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of our server Kaitlyn. She made us more than welcome and provided suggestions as it was our first visit. Both she and Amanda were busy but offered the same high level of service. The food is with good and plentiful. My fish and chips were great. I had the special of the day which included a salad (Ceaser was excellent) and a dessert (Mmmmm Lemon Merengue Pie). Good food, good value and excellent staff. My expectations were surpassed. Try it!

I love everything about The Hive. It has a very welcoming atmosphere and the food is delicious. I have had the Ol' Faithful steak several times and I have thoroughly enjoyed it every time. The garlic mashed potatoes were also very tasty. They have a great take-out family burger deal that I have ordered. Their lunch specials are quick, delicious and very reasonably priced. They have the best coconut cream pie around. The Hive also has Trivia nights on Wednesdays, Karaoke nights on Thursday and my favourite, Live Music on Saturdays.

The Hive has great specials to feed the family when we're in Wasaga... From the great breakfast rise and shine special (including much needed coffee) on weekends, daily lunch and dinner specials and the always pleasing (and filling) 4 cheeseburgers take out special. And great service too!

I was pleasantly surprised upon our first visit to The Hive Pub and Restaurant in Wasaga Beach. The atmospheric was very warm and welcoming and the staff were great, as was the food. Got the Burger and Fries, very tasty and fresh with a homestyle flavor. They also had very good Talented Live Music, as they apparently do every Saturday.

Delicious cheeseburger and fries. My mom had the French onion soup and that was very good . Lemon mirangue pie was delicious. The staff and owners very friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back again.

I had lunch there today and just had to write a review when I got home. This place excelled in all aspects. Troy our waiter was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and well priced, and clearly it was a favourite amongst regulars. I really wished I lived closer, however next time I find myself back in Wasaga you can be sure that's going to be my hangout place.

My wife and were visiting Wasaga area. We stopped in with some friends. The waitress was awesome. The food was great. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to eat if you are in the area.
